Lasso appoints industry veteran to lead Client Services Team. Lasso is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Talbot as VP, Client Services. “Rick is a technology industry veteran with an exceptional track record of delivering world class service” says Dave Clements, CEO of Lasso. “His experience in leading teams in implementation, training, customer support and operations will be a key asset as Lasso accelerates our growth across North America” stated Clements.For more than 20 years Talbot has held senior management positions in large and small entrepreneurial organizations. His know-how spans the gamut of technology and customer service experience, with focuses in sales and account management, information technology, finance and administration, customer support, systems integration and consulting. At Lasso he will draw from his broad-based management and leadership expertise in diverse operational roles in developing collaborative management approaches that create and ensure business efficiency. Prior to joining Lasso, Talbot focused on human resource consulting at entrepreneurial organizations such as Scott Works Solutions Inc., and held senior management positions at SHL Systemhouse, a global technology systems integration company.
