Kennecott Land Selects Lasso Data Systems CRM for Daybreak Master-Planned Community...

Lasso Data Systems Inc., a leading developer of 'on
demand' CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for the real estate industry, today announced a multi-year licensing agreement with Kennecott Land to provide Lasso CRM enterprise software for Kennecott's Daybreak master planned community in South Jordan, Utah (www.daybreakutah.com).

Lasso's CRM software, custom-built for the real estate industry, enables companies like Kennecott Land to create and organize prospect and homebuyer databases, launch targeted marketing campaigns, manage inventory and pricing, administer sales agreements, deposits and escrow and have relevant insightful business reports at their fingertips.

Kennecott's Daybreak community, located on the Salt Lake Valley's West Bench, is situated on 4,126 acres and, at completion in approximately 10-15 years, will have nearly 14,000 homes in styles and size ranging from condominiums to townhomes to large luxury homes, 5.2 million square feet of office space, 2.4 million square feet of retail and 1.5 million square feet of industrial space. The Plan has been designed to be a “walkable community” and includes parks, trails open space, schools, places of worship, an 85-acre recreational lake, a light rail transit system and will be one of the most environmentally responsible communities in North America.

“At Daybreak we operate an Information Pavilion and coordinate the marketing efforts for eight local and national builders and 22 model homes on site.
